Who we are
KPonline ("we") is a community-owned directory and knowledge platform for Kashmiri Pandits. You can reach us at contact@kponline.in.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, username, email, mobile), the profile and listing content you choose to publish, and basic usage data needed to run the service. You decide what appears on your public page.
How we use it
To operate the directory and listings, verify community membership, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, notifications you opt into), and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and there are no advertisers paying to reach you.
What you control
You own and manage your own profile and listings — edit or delete them anytime. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to privacy@1labs.ai.
Sharing
Public profile and listing content is visible to the community by design. We share data with service providers (hosting, email) only as needed to run KPonline, never for their own marketing.
